At PRASINOUS, every piece is hand-assembled to order in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We handle each order with precision and care, so your jewelry arrives safely and meets our highest quality standards.

Processing time depends on the type of piece you order.

Ready-made jewelry: ready-to-ship pieces from our main collection are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom and create-your-own jewelry: pieces you design in the CharmLAB, along with personalized and made-to-order items, are hand-assembled just for you and ship within 1 to 5 business days.

During new launches and peak holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we will always keep you posted.

Once your order has been processed, it ships through our trusted carrier partners. Most orders within the United States are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit delays caused by weather or postal service issues are outside our control, but we are always here to help you track your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can check your delivery status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $80.
