SHIPPING POLICY

Prasinous and Coral CharmLab (“we,” “us,” “our”) currently ship only within the United States. We ship from Florida.

Processing Time (Preparing Your Order)

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order (business days only; excludes weekends and holidays).

Processing times by collection:

  • Pre-Made Jewelry (Main Prasinous collection): 1–3 business days
  • Coral CharmLab items: 1–5 business days
  • Custom Charm Jewelry: Many charm pieces include handmade pendants crafted in the United States. Custom charm jewelry may take up to 5 business days to complete before shipment.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, we may ship everything together once all items are ready (unless we confirm split-shipping options with you).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method selected.

Transit Time (After Dispatch)

After dispatch, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on carrier performance, destination, and the shipping option chosen.

Please note: once your package has been handed to the carrier, carrier delays (weather, service disruptions, etc.) are outside our control. That said, we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may require additional postage to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at prasinous@prasinous.com.

To help us resolve issues quickly:

  • Damage claims: report within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item.
  • Lost-in-transit: if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll guide you through next steps with the carrier.
