1. Order Processing Time

Each piece of jewelry is made or prepared to order.

Processing time depends on the type of product you purchase:

  • Custom Charm Jewelry:

    Our charm pieces often feature hand-made pendants, proudly crafted in the United States. Because of this artisanal process, custom charm jewelry typically takes up to 10 business days to be completed before shipment.
  • Pre-Made Jewelry:

    For ready-to-ship items from our main collection, please allow up to 5 business days for preparation and packaging before dispatch.

We take great care to ensure every order meets our standards of craftsmanship and quality before it leaves our studio.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carrier partners.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Most orders within the United States are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: once a package has been handed over to the carrier, transit delays caused by weather or postal service issues are outside our control but, we’re always here to help track your order if needed.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at any time using the tracking link provided.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and chosen delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website banner or checkout page.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Prasinous ships only within the United States.

We look forward to expanding our delivery regions in the near future.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at help@prasinous.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and transparently as possible.
