RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. This policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while preventing misuse.

At a Glance

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery (carrier tracking delivery date)
  • Exchange window: 30 days from delivery
  • Non-defective returns/exchanges: customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds: outbound shipping + return label cost (if applicable) are not refundable and may be deducted
  • Personalized items: final sale (not eligible for return/exchange)

Return & Exchange Window

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking.

Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, odor, or use)
  • Returned with all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch
  • Returned with all components included (e.g., pouch, box, inserts, accessories)

Sets must be returned as complete sets.

No individual item from a set may be returned or exchanged on its own. If any piece is missing, the return/exchange will be denied.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personalized products (including items made to a personalization request)
    Because they are custom-made and cannot be resold.
  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

    Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of product defects. We promise to handle every exchange with fairness, speed, and full transparency.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (Required)

To request a return or exchange, email prasinous@prasinous.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’re requesting to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos (required if the item is defective/damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
This protects customers and prevents lost/unauthorized packages.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
(If Not Defective)

If the item is not defective:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
  • For consistency and tracking, we may provide a trackable return shipping label. If we provide the label, the label cost will be deducted from the refund.

Outbound shipping is not refundable.

If your order originally included shipping charges—or shipping was discounted/free—we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost we paid from the refund.

This policy exists because shipping carriers charge us for delivery even when an item is returned.

Refund Returns: What Gets Refunded

If your return is approved, your refund will be calculated as:

Refund = item price(s) returned
minus (if applicable) outbound shipping cost
minus (if applicable) return label cost / return shipping cost

Taxes (if charged) are refunded according to applicable laws and payment processor rules.

Exchanges: How They Work?

If your exchange is approved:

  • You must send back the original item in eligible condition (see Section 2).
  • Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item if available.

Exchange shipping rules (non-defective items):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping to us.
  • We will ship the replacement using standard shipping (one time) at no additional charge unless otherwise stated at the time of exchange.
  • If you request expedited shipping, you pay the difference.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative solution.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, email prasinous@prasinous.com as soon as possible and include photos.

If approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy (replacement, exchange, or refund) and shipping instructions. In these cases, we will handle shipping in a way that is fair and reasonable.

Inspection & Condition Enforcement


All returns and exchanges are inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear/use, is missing packaging, or fails eligibility requirements, the return/exchange may be denied and the item may be shipped back to you.

Refund Timing


If your refund is approved:

  • Refund processing begins within 1–5 business days after approval
  • Your bank/payment provider typically posts the refund within 5–14 business days

Return/Refund Abuse Prevention


To protect our customers and our brand, we reserve the right to limit, deny, or refuse returns/exchanges in situations including (but not limited to):

  • repeated returns that appear excessive or abusive
  • items returned worn, damaged, missing packaging, or inconsistent with the return reason
  • suspected fraud or chargeback misuse

This policy helps keep pricing and service fair for genuine customers.
