RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected to meet our highest quality standards. While our creations are made to last, we understand that rare issues can occur, and we’re here to help with honesty and care.

1. Our Promise of Transparency

We value open and honest communication. If something isn’t right with your order, we want you to feel confident reaching out to us. Our return and exchange policy exists to protect you and ensure every Prasinous customer has a fair, worry-free experience.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@prasinous.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll guide you through a transparent return or replacement process — no hidden steps, no unnecessary delays.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted, as we cannot resell worn or altered jewelry.
  • Returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, or preference are not accepted.

3. Exchanges — Because We Care

We gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact).

To initiate an exchange, email help@prasinous.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of product defects. We promise to handle every exchange with fairness, speed, and full transparency.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted jewelry and protect our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces (including engraved or made-to-order items)
  • Items purchased during seasonal big sales
  • Gift cards

5. Return Shipping Made Clear

If your item is confirmed defective, we will issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We’ll always communicate the next steps clearly so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

6. Refunds for Defective Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
