At PRASINOUS, your trust means everything to us. Every piece is hand-assembled and inspected to meet our quality standards. While our jewelry is made to last, we know questions come up, and we are here to help with honesty and care. This policy applies to orders placed and delivered within the United States.

Pieces you design yourself in the CharmLAB, along with personalized, engraved, and made-to-order items, are created just for you. For this reason they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective. Defective items are always covered by our quality guarantee below.

Ready-made items from our main collection can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are:

• Unworn and in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
• Returned in all original packaging, including the box and pouch
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

To protect the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and all of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces
• Items marked final sale or purchased during a final-sale promotion
• Gift cards
• Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons

Ready-made items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions (unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase). Email us to start an exchange, and please put the item in the mail within 7 days of approval so we can reserve your new piece.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the result. If approved, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it is approved.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, water or chemical damage, accidental damage, or lost items.
