Processing time depends on the type of item:
- Ready-made jewelry: ships within 1 to 3 business days.
- Custom (create-your-own / CharmLAB) pieces: ship within 1 to 5 business days, since each one is assembled just for you.
During launches and peak holidays this can run slightly longer, and we will always keep you posted.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order ships, most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. As soon as it is on its way, you will get an email with a tracking number.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard shipping is free on orders over $80.
Lost or delayed packages
